Wir waren 1 Woche(Mai 2013) im Hotel Paradiso, großes Zimmer und Balkon(alles super sauber).Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist nicht zu toppen(Blick auf Capri,Ischia und
Neapel). Im Hotel und am Poolbereich alles ordentlich und sauber. Personal an der Rezeption besonders Nadja sehr hilfsbereit, für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Wir würden immer wieder gern dort Urlaub machen.

We had a wonderful holiday in Sorrento, fantastic views from our room (311), food was lovely, driver and shuttle bus great, pool and terrace perfect. Looking forward to returning, loved it!

We stayed at the hotel last week (w/c 14th May)to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary. I can honestly say that we could not have had better service from any of the staff. Nello and Guiseppe were especially outstanding. The standard of the restaurant was excellent. The view from our room of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius could not have been better. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone, especially adults.I would not recommend for young children as there are no facilities specifically designed for young ones.

uns hat es die letzten beiden Jahre so gut gefallen, dass ich heute wieder einen Urlaub im Reisebüro gebucht habe. Freue mich auf August im Gran Paradiso!

This is great hotel high on a hill looking out over the bay of naples with veiws to die for mountains sunsets and of course the sea The hotel was kept spotlessly clean the food was better than a lot of 5 star hotels we have stayed in around the world hot fresh and plently of choice Now the best bit all of your staff are a great credit to you always cheerful polite and willing to help when we asked for a fridge in our room one was there next day with a smile thanks with a special thanks to Ciro in the resturant a great waiter always willing to please people like him make your hotel a place we would recommend to all The free mini bus to and from town makes life easy as you can go to busy town and return to peace and quiet and we mean quiet You dont have to go to town for a cheap drink as the bar is on a par with the bars in town We have travel around the world and stayed in many hotels and yours is on our list of the ones we would be happy to return too

The hotel is at the top of a hill overlooking Sorrento and the Bay of Naples and it takes about 30 minutes to walk into town, 15 of which is down a winding hill, the hotel has a shuttle bus service which runs every hour to and from the station. If you are used to 4+ or 5 star hotels you may find the rooms a bit basic, having said that they are kept spotlessly clean, have very comfortable beds, TV / radio. The views from rooms with sea views are breath taking.
The service from all the staff is first class, there is a wide selection of food available for breakfast and the menu for the evening meal has a choice of starters, main course and deserts. The bar prices are very reasonable; . The swimming pool is kept very clean with plenty of sunbeds for all.
If you are looking for a holiday to Sorrento where you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the town and then escape to the peace and tranquillity of a hotel where you can enjoy stunning views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius from the terrace (the best in the area) and stunning sunsets that will live long in the memory then this is the place for you.

Siamo stati benissimo...il panorama era stupendo..la colazione gustosa..il personale disponibile e simpatico...l'unica pecca gli orari dei pulmini era poco adatti ai giovani !!
Le cene, in genere un pò deludenti !!
Lo consiglio comunque a tanti il vostro Hotel.

in two weeks time we will be holidaying at the Gran Paradiso for the sixth time ! We have stayed in a few hotels around the Sorrento area but the Gran Paradiso is by far our favourite. The views are outstanding and the staff are so friendly - we love it !

Liebes Hotel Paradiso Team, vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit und Ihre persönliche Bedienung & Beratung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Sie sind ein sehr Kinderfreundliches Hotel. Dass man bei Ihnen auf der Terasse frühstücken kann, ist ein Traum. ohne Bienen und Moskitos. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Team sehr freundlich. Ihre Kunstausstellung in Ihrem Hause hat uns sehr Fasziniert. DAss wir in Ihrer Nähe Tennis spielen konnten, war auch ein TRaum für uns in Erfüllung gegangen. Wir wußten, dass Italien eine sehr große Tenniskultur hat, aber dass wir auch noch Sandplätze in 2,5 KM von Ihnen bekommen, war eine große Überraschung. Ihr Shuttle SErvice in die Stadt hat auch immer funktioniert, obwohl wir Auto hatten, haben Wir Ihr SErvice in Anspruch genommen. schön wäre, wenn man Abends auch auf der Terasse zum besonderen Anlässen ohne Zusatzkosten Dinner haben kann.
